Grammy Award winning hip hop artist Lecrae is setting yet another milestone for Christian Hip Hop with news today that he is set to appear on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon. This will be the first network television appearance of a Christian rapper.
After fans trended #lecraeonfallon, the NBC execs must have seen this campaign and caught on as Lecrae is set to sit in on the Tonight Show set with the show's legendary hip hop house band The Roots this Thursday, Sept. 18.
Tune in at 11:35 p.m. Eastern, 10:35 p.m Central to see Lecrae along with guests Billy Crystal & X-Men First Class' Rose Byrne.
