As a well-known and respected broadcaster in the radio industry, Alexander has received multiple awards for his work. In 2012, he was inducted into the Broadcasters Hall of Fame, and won the Stellar Award for Gospel Announcer of the Year in 2013. In addition, he was a 2008 Billboard nominee for Gospel Radio Personality of the Year and, also received recognition for his role as National Music Director at Sheridan Gospel Network. Alexander has produced and facilitated various music industry symposiums and seminars to benefit artists and others seeking to expand their knowledge of the industry.
Alexander is also founder of Airplay 360 Digital Magazine which has received industry awards and provides valuable informational resources to independent inspirational artists.
