I firmly believe in the importance of mentors. If you ever get to a place in life where no one can tell you anything, then you are on your way to failure. Mentors in my life have provided guidance, wise counsel and even correction. Everyone needs to have someone with the ability to speak into their lives. A good mentor will see what you cannot see and even tell you things that you may not want to but need to hear.
